Ok, so far we’ve been very please with T-mobile service and our new Motorola PEBLs. But one of our PEBLs mysteriously stopped working. Just the speaker though. Everything works great but the speaker, so it doesn’t ring basically. If you plug in the hands-free headset you can hear all the sounds, so it’s definitely a hardware problem. It was spontaneous too. A call came in and rang, answered, set on counter. A little while later 3 missed calls and the discovery of no sound coming out. Very odd indeed. We must now embark on getting the grievous phone replaced, either in the store or having to send it in, which could take quite a while ugh.
UPDATE: Well after 3 days the phone has mysteriously started working again. So do we keep it and hope it doesn’t happen again? or try and get it replaced?

Dude, that sucks! I hate crap like that. I say find out how long it will take to replace/fix and then decide if it’s worth it. Though, if it’s not currently broken they may not do anything for ya’ anyway. Good luck with that man!
