We awoke to this view yesterday and being still half asleep I thought I was in Narnia. This blizzard came fast. We heard about it all day Wednesday all the while the sun shone and the temperature was comfortably chilly. We went out to dinner and coming home around 10 or 11 it was still not freezing no sign of snow clouds. But alas, in the period of about 2-3 hours in the early morning we got 15-24 inches of snow. It more or less shut the city down and I enjoyed my first snow day in a very long time. So we went out and built this snowman. More pictures here.
