Main Purpose of the Roles:

• As the finance controller role, lead the controlling team.

• Take care of the responsibility of financial planning & analysis, process/risk controls.

Key Areas of Accountability:

• Lead Group Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Rolling Forecast, Month end financial closing;

• Provide Finance Management Report and Analysis, have monthly review with CEO/CFO;

• Set up internal control process;

• Review contracts from finance/ perspective to mitigate financial risk;

• Review new investment business case;

• SAP FI-CO/Portal system functionality improvement;

• Business Control including Audit supporting, Inventory Physical Count etc;

• Develop finance controlling team and have cross functional cooperation with business peers.

• BA/BS Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent in training and/or experience;

• At least 5 years’ experience as a controller;

• Has solid working experience in budgeting, financial controlling & analysis with MNCs;

• Working with senior executive team to assist strategic investment decisions from financial perspective;

• Deep understanding of business operation and strong financial analytics skills;

• Solid knowledge base of corporate finance, accounting, auditing, internal control.
